Straight answers
Do my tenants need to download anything?
No. They use a link or the QR poster in their house. No app, no account, no password.
Does it collect rent for me?
No. Tenants keep paying the way they do now, like e-Transfer. You tap “paid” and the app keeps track.
Where is my information kept?
In your own Google account, not mine. You can download all of it anytime.
Can it send N4s or other legal notices?
No, on purpose. It links to the official Landlord and Tenant Board forms.
What if I want to stop?
Send me one email. No reason needed. Your information stays in your Google account.
How long does setup take?
About an hour with you, in person or by video call. I enter your information beforehand, so you just learn the app.

Who am I?
I'm Theo Lazure, a second-year economics student at Wilfrid Laurier University here in Waterloo. I rent a room in a student house myself, so I see what landlords deal with from the other side. I built HouseFeed to make the job easier, and I set it up for every landlord myself. You deal with me directly, not a call centre. If something isn't working, text or email me and I'll fix it.
